Technology In Toy Making

Toy Making has been through a lot many phases. It has seen a lot of changes coming through in various periods. Toy making has been a measure of our technological advances and their application in real world. Not long ago flying a toy helicopter would be a fantasy for even adults. Today you can fly a helicopter or an aeroplane using remote sensing device. Technology has found its application in toy making industry. Manufacturers have realised that creating research and development is the key to improving old ideas and even inventing new ideas for toy making. We could just get a look alike firearm in the market but could not imagine that it will fire anything. But today you will get a close copy of almost every firearm in terms of form and function in the form of a BB gun. BB guns are one of the marvels of innovation Read more…

SCADA: Defined!

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition which is commonly known as Scada is an effective system of collecting information and data from various sources and sending the accumulating information to one single source to manage and control the data effectively. This form of remote sensing data is not limited to industrial processes but it can be implemented anywhere from chemical units to steel making, electricity generation, and such others. Irrespective of the size, the system can be installed anywhere where a close monitoring and huge data acquisition is needed. That is why, the market of SCADA is getting bigger day by day. Apart from the several off the shelf solutions, you can get a customized plan to meet your exclusive requirements. What is it? The working system is important to understand before installing your location. The solution mainly comprises of signal hardware both in terms with input and output, networks, controllers, Read more…

Wuxi also welcome the green light to build solar power stations a new era of

Taihu New City Wuyue junction, 12 sets of solar panels with bright sparkling in the sun light, with the sun position changes, equipped with dual-axis DAY stent panels can not arbitrarily change direction, facing the gathering energy of the sun, in order to Shangxian River landscape lamp to provide lighting energy. Lighting management from the Wuxi yesterday learned that Green River is located in Wuxi Shangxian another solar power plant built in this new green energy applications, from the point toward face, Xicheng usher in a “green light” a new era. The new solar power plant will be operational before May, a total of 192 is equipped with high-performance silicon solar panels, generating an annual average of about 37.96 thousand kwh, the annual saving 13.66 tons of standard coal, the annual emissions of carbon dioxide 33.14 tons, 108 kilograms of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide 92 kilograms. According to reports, solar Read more…

Medical Supply

The suppliers supply different kids of medical equipments, like mentioned below.   Tongue Depressor A tongue depressor is a device used in medical practice to depress the tongue to allow for examination of the mouth and throat. The most common modern tongue depressors have thin wooden blade, smoothed and rounded at both ends, but historically tongue depressors have been made of a variety of materials. Since they are inexpensive and difficult to clean, wooden tongue depressors are normally labeled for disposal after a single use. Hobbyists and teachers have found a multitude of uses for tongue depressors in their projects.   Earlier versions of depressors were made from balsa, pine or redwood woods. Instances exist from the American Civil War, made from wood and metal.   Medical Thermometers Medical thermometers are used for measuring human body temperature, with the tip of the thermometer being inserted either into the mouth under Read more…

Image fusion

Why Image Fusion Multisensor data fusion has become a discipline to which more and more general formal solutions to a number of application cases are demanded. Several situations in image processing simultaneously require high spatial and high spectral information in a single image. This is important in remote sensing. However, the instruments are not capable of providing such information either by design or because of observational constraints. One possible solution for this is data fusion. Standard Image Fusion Methods Image fusion methods can be broadly classified into two – spatial domain fusion and transform domain fusion. The fusion methods such as averaging, Brovey method, principal component analysis (PCA) and IHS based methods fall under spatial domain approaches. Another important spatial domain fusion method is the high pass filtering based technique. Here the high frequency details are injected into upsampled version of MS images. The disadvantage of spatial domain approaches is Read more…

Does Your Being Here Really Matter?

I want to invite you to think something through with me. I ask you just entertain what I want to bring up, leaving all contrary beliefs and insights aside, allowing yourself to feel what I am suggesting for a moment. Suppose there is absolutely nothing more than this life. Suppose you had no previous existence, and when you die, that will be the end of you. You have no spirit or soul separate from your mortal body. No immortality, no eternity lies beyond the grave, just non-existence. If there were absolutely nothing beyond this life, would your life be valid? Assuming you have friends, a valuable job, and especially family, you might see your life as valid even if there is nothing to follow death. We draw meaning from the people and activities in which we engage. Who we are connected to and what we do make us feel worthwhile. Read more…

Solar-Powered UAV Under Development

Solar-Powered UAV Under Development If UAVs starts running on the solar system, then it will save lots of expensive fossil fuel and the add-ons in the form of greenhouse effects. Researchers at the Queensland University of Technology are working on a model of a solar-powered unmanned flight system for round-the-clock surveillance hp pavilion ze4400 battery. They have christened their baby as the Green Falcon. This solar UAV aspires not only to save lives but millions of dollars too by using the most up-to-date green technology. Queensland University of Technology is aiming to make the services of this unmanned air vehicle commercially available within 24 months following successful flight tests. The Green Falcon is outfitted with a next generation warning system complete with remote sensing and visual data capabilities. Both of these facilities enable this UAV to detect bush fires in Australia that have caused huge damage in terms of lives, Read more…

What is LiDAR Mapping?

LiDAR is an acronym for Light Detection And Ranging. It can functionally be defined as the integration of three technologies into one system which is capable of acquiring data to generate digital elevation models. The three technologies that are combined to generate digital elevation models are lasers, inertial navigation systems and, the global positioning system.   LiDAR mapping, therefore, refers to the use of remote sensing technology to create high resolution maps. These digital elevation maps are made by LiDAR equipment usually stationed in aircrafts. This technology is applied in many fields such as geography, archaeology, and seismology.   This optical remote sensing technology measures the characteristics of scattered light and information of distant targets. The distance to a target or object is measured using time delay between pulses that are transmitted and the consequent signals which are reflected and detected.   LiDAR uses much shorter electromagnetic wavelengths which are Read more…

Wireless Pneumatic Direct Digital Control for the Energy Smart Building

How can the pneumatically controlled building advance with the times to be more sustainable without a disruptive and costly overhaul? The Answer: By converting a building with working but outdated pneumatic control system to a Direct Digital Control (DDC), using wireless technology.  Wireless pneumatic Direct Digital Control (DDC) provides rapid payback and minimal disruption to gain ongoing energy and maintenance cost savings, while improving comfort and operations.   Companies are always seeking ways to reduce costs and gain better economic advantages.  A large number of buildings with pneumatic control infrastructure are falling behind in energy management as digital systems and networks become more common and critical.  Their operating expenses and asset valuations are severely impacted as energy and maintenance costs rise and more value is attributed to energy efficiency and sustainability.   The conventional wisdom is that full conversion from pneumatics to DDC is the only path.  Clearly DDC enables Read more…
